• 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 - We use gallery quality enhanced matte paper 200gsm with a guarantee of lifetime fade resistance. The paper gives a smooth and clean finish emphasizing different highlights and tones creating a stunning piece of artwork.
• 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 - All products come in double-walled boxes making sure your product will reach you in pristine condition. Each print will be shipped using a heavy-duty cardboard box or in a tube. Framed prints will be wrapped in a protective sleeve and plastic guards added to protect each corner.
• 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 - We know that you would like to get your print as soon as possible. Working with production partners worldwide ensures fast shipping to all our customers. We are dispatching from the US, UK, HK, Europe and, Australia locations. All of our products are custom made. In most cases, your print will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days. Framed orders are handmade so they are shipped within 5 to 8 business days. When your order has been shipped you will be provided with an estimated delivery date online tracking and email tracking notifications. All of our production partners are using identical printers papers inks and frame materials. Please remember public holidays might affect production/shipping times. All Framed prints ship by DHL Express.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

- Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products. While we are unable to provide tracking for your products, our company insured fully on the packages and any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.
